A series of solid bronze sprouting potatoes, cast using the direct burn-out method. Little aliens found in the back of a cupboard one late, tired night. Fragile, bleached root hairs immortalised next to clots of molten bronze; frozen moments of ephemerality. ​

Each unique, hand-finished and coloured with different patinations. One of the series was selected and shown in Canal Boat Contemporaries 'Miniature Challenge', November 2024 (and is still part of their ongoing online exhibition).
